General Shipping Policy
At Avenue Japan, we basically ship to 48 US contiguous states only. For shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, other US territories or international shipping, please contact us at info@focuscorp.us for further assistance.
Orders placed are usually processed and shipped within 2 - 6 business days from the time the order is placed.
We ship your order via FedEx, UPS or USPS. Unless requested by the buyer, we do not require a signature for delivery and Avenue Japan is NOT responsible for any delays that may be caused by the carrier after we ship out your order from our place. If you are absent and could not receive the item, please follow the direction indicated on a note left by carrier to have it redelivered.
