Terms & Conditions
This Site is for wholesale orders only. Focus America Corp. (“Focus” or “We” hereafter) sell to approved retail storefronts and websites. We do not allow sales on third-party websites such as Amazon and eBay etc.
<MINIMUM ORDER>
Minimum Order (excluding shipping fee):
- United States / Canada: US $500
Minimum Order (excluding shipping fee):
- United States: US $250
- Canada: US $500
- Other Countries: US $1,000
<HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER>
If you are an existing wholesale customer of Focus, and new to this site, please sign up here (begin with Step 2) to get this website access. Existing customers will be confirmed by email right away.
If you are a new customer with Focus, please apply for a wholesale account. Please click on the "create your wholesale account" and follow the instructions.
<WHOLESALE PRICING>
All prices are listed in US dollars. Prices and conditions are FOB Los Angeles (for ZERO JAPAN, kitpas, Rikagaku, and pre-ordered items) or FOB New York (for ZERO JAPAN, NJK, Tabbisocks, Paperable and others). Prices do not include US domestic shipping fees. Prices are valid through 12/31/2024 and are subject to change without prior notice due to supplier price changes, currency fluctuations, fuel prices, or unforeseen economic circumstances.
<PAYMENTS>
Payment must be made at the point of ordering. Focus America Corporation accepts credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express).
<SHIPPING & DELIVERY>
The estimated shipping time shown on the shipping page means the time from when the shipping carrier collects the shipment, to when the shipment arrives at your address.
Your order will be shipped by USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Please allow up to 3 business days for items that are in stock to ship.
<DAMAGES & DEFECTS>
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact Focus America Corporation at sales(at)focuscorp.us within 14 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Please keep the damaged box and merchandise and also provide your order number and a photo of the damage.
Our term is FOB LA/NY/NJ. Therefore we are not responsible for any damage caused by the shipping process. However, we will claim to the carrier and we will only credit the amount carrier compensate.
Damaged items reported five business days or more after delivery may not be eligible for return or replacement.
To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be in new, resalable condition with all original packaging intact and tags attached. The product cannot have been used.
<RETURNS / EXCHANGES>
No returns/exchanges of wholesale orders will be accepted. All orders are final, changes not accepted after 24 hours.
<ONLINE SALES>
Wholesale accounts are available to brick-and-mortar retail shops, or online retailers with their own storefronts (websites). Businesses are forbidden from selling merchandise on any other online retail outlet. Focus merchandise may not be sold on Amazon, eBay, through Facebook Buy-In Groups, or any other means.
<Photography >
While we try to get a true likeness of the item through photography, there may be variants due to the nature of the item.
<Privacy Information >
Please note that we use a third-party service provider to process your order such as the ordering platform of Shopify, which receives credit card payments, creates shipping labels, and what is related to the order proceeding. We also use third-party warehouse Itochu Logistics (USA) Corp. of Los Angeles (ZERO JAPAN, KItpas and Rikagaku Items) and Pronto Panel LLC of NJ to ship your order. Please allow us to share your order information with them.
